Main stage today: Inspired leadership through change
However you spend your morning, make sure to mosey up to Level 4 by 3:30 p.m. to hear from Cassandra Worthy as she distills her year of experience in corporate M&A to share the critical skills to help leaders manage change successfully and foster sustainable growth in her keynote, "C.H.A.N.G.E. Traits℗ Exploring the Critical Skills for Inspired Leadership Through Change."

• E4 - "Retain Your Team Through Onboarding and Training Academies," 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. (Room 208AB): A panel of speakers for RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group will walk you through their "hands on" training program via regional training academies, which offer a standardized approach for training current employees across departments and locations and providing them with an opportunity for career advancement. • F1 - "Business Intelligence for Strategic Planning," 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. (Room 205ABC): Join Nate Moore, CPA, MBA, FACMPE, from Moore Solutions, Inc., for an interactive conversation about how to visualize data differently to strategically drive your practice in new directions. You will be challenged to look beyond charges, payments and adjustments and incorporate more business intelligence into your strategic planning. 
• G5 - "Leadership Strategies for Effective Cost Management," 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Room 205ABC):  We don't have to remind you: challenges like lower reimbursements, staff shortages, technology changes, staff burnout, and regulatory burdens abound. What's a savvy practice leader to do? Join Ronald Menaker, EdD, FACMPE, MBA, from Mayo Clinic, and Michael O'Connell, MHA. FACHE, FACMPE, from RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group, as they discuss the difference between just leading and leading Lean. Also, through roundtable discussions, learn from your peers how they've conquered waste by leveraging lean methods in their practices. 
• Member Community Live discussions, 2:05 - 2:30 p.m. (Solution Center): Join us for one of three discussions: An ACMPE Fellowship Hot Topic roundtable, a celebration of the ACMPE Forum Representative of the Year, and "How Can I Stop Being a Firefighter?: Strategies for High-Performing Teams."

The Daily Cash Dash is your chance to cash in! Pick up a Cash Dash Map each day when you enter the Solution Center, visit the exhibitors on the map and collect cash dash tickets. Return five (5) tickets for your daily entry at the Cash Dash Station on the Solution Center floor. We'll announce the daily winner ($1,000 on Tuesday, October 24) on the event app and the overhead speaker at Solution Center close each evening.
