Andrew Weissenberg, Counsel in Buchanan’s Healthcare section, focuses his practice on health care transactional matters and regulatory compliance. Andrew acts as lead counsel on buy and sell side healthcare and private equity transactions. On the regulatory side, he counsels clients across the country with respect to health care fraud and abuse issues related to state and federal anti-kickback and physician self-referral laws, physician entity structuring, licensure matters and corporate practice of medicine prohibitions.
